Heather Labeda

Heather Labeda has a rich background in customer relations and operations management. Following her husband into the mortgage industry, she quickly ascended from Junior Processor to Developmental Branch Manager at Smart Money Mortgages, overseeing over 200 branches across 37 states. Where she developed her skills in communication and organization from an early age. 

Heather's expertise in back-end development systems has enabled her to create seamless client experiences and effective communication hubs. In 2011, she played a pivotal role in launching a CrossFit gym, managing operations and overseeing a team of 12 trainers, while also supporting the development of Labeda Hockey’s direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform and an international sponsorship program for inline hockey teams.
